The shop behind the site
Manhattan Decals runs on the same NYC-area production facility as our sister brands, Signs New York and Brooklyn Signs. The presses, plotters, and laminators that build storefront signage for New York businesses print your decals — same equipment, same production team, same quality checks. When you order here, there is no broker in the middle and no job shipped off to a third party.
How we work
Every product on this site prices itself: enter your exact size, material, and quantity and the calculator answers in seconds — no sales call, no waiting on an estimate. Every order — every one — gets a free digital proof before production, because a decal with a typo is worthless to both of us. Production runs 2–3 business days from your approval, and orders ship nationwide by UPS Ground.
Support is email-only, on purpose: print specifications, sizes, and approvals belong in writing. You get answers within one business day from the people who actually run the jobs.
What we don't do
No installation services — decals ship ready to apply with real instructions, and any local installer can work with our files. No creative concepting — our flat-fee design help covers cleanup and layout of artwork you supply. And no phone tag. If that trade — straight pricing and fast production in exchange for doing business in writing — sounds right, we will get along fine.
