How does pricing work?

Enter your exact size, material, and quantity on any product page and the calculator prices the order instantly — the same price you pay at checkout. Quantity discounts kick in at 5 pieces and deepen up to 50% off at 100+. The minimum order is $50.00.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, EPS, AI, PNG, or JPG, up to 50 MB. Vector files (PDF, EPS, AI) print sharpest at any size. Raster files (PNG, JPG) should be at least 150 DPI at final print size.

What if my artwork isn't print-ready?

A real person reviews every file before proofing. If something won't print well — too low-res, wrong dimensions, missing fonts — we email you exactly what's wrong and you upload a replacement from your account. Prefer we fix it? Check "I need design help" when ordering ($45.00 flat): we clean up, resize, and lay out the artwork you supply. Production design only — we don't create logos or concepts from scratch.

Do I see a proof before you print?

Yes — every order gets a free digital proof by email, and nothing prints until you approve it. Revisions to the proof are free.

How long until my order arrives?

Production takes 2-3 business days after artwork approval, counted from when you approve the proof (not from order time). Shipping is 2-4 business days via UPS Ground. Typical door-to-door: about a week from proof approval.

How much is shipping?

Free UPS Ground on orders over $99.00; flat $9.95 under that. We ship nationwide from our NJ facility.

Do you install decals?

No — decals are ship-only, and every order arrives ready to apply. Most decals go on in minutes with the squeegee method described in our application instructions. For vehicle wraps and large window jobs, any local installer can work with our files.

Can I order a size bigger than 52″ wide?

The online calculator caps at 52″ wide (our roll width). Larger jobs are usually printed in panels — request a quote and we'll spec it.

Can you match my brand colors?

Send vector artwork with your brand color values (CMYK or Pantone references) and note it in your order. We flag any colors that shift in print on your proof.

What is your return policy?

Custom-printed products can't be restocked, so all sales are final once you approve your proof. If your decals arrive damaged or don't match the approved proof, email us within 14 days and we reprint at no charge.
