What we collect

When you order or request a quote we collect your name, email address, shipping address, order configuration (size, material, quantity), and any artwork files you upload. That's it — we don't run accounts, and we don't collect anything you don't give us.

How we use it

To produce and ship your order, email your proof, and answer your messages. We email you about your order and your quote requests only — no marketing lists unless you explicitly opt in to one later.

Payment data

Payments run on Stripe's hosted checkout. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

Who processes data for us

• • Resend — transactional email delivery
• • UPS — shipping (name and address on the label)

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Artwork files

Uploaded artwork is stored securely to produce your order and kept so we can reprint on request. Email us to have your files deleted after your order is complete.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention.
